The characteristic of the product
All pieces are unique.
My pieces are handmade in handcrafted pottery, and they are hand-painted, without molds. Due to their nature, no two are alike, and they may have marks inherent to the manual production process. For this reason and although I always try to meet your expectations, I can't guarantee two identical products, nor the same as those photographed. By accepting to buy products from me, you accept the difference and embrace the uniqueness of each Sara Ribeiro Cerâmica product.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
Sara Ribeiro Cerâmica considers customer satisfaction one of the core values of its activity. As such, if you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can exchange or return the products purchased in the store within 48 hours after receiving them. Sara Ribeiro Cerâmica reserves the right to reject exchanges and returns if it considers that the products have, however, been damaged or are in an inferior condition in relation to the moment of purchase.

Sara Ribeiro Cerâmica tries to ensure that all content and information expressed are as accurate and precise as possible. However, I do not guarantee freedom from human error. Any inaccuracies, misspellings, and/or errors identified will be promptly corrected.
Delivery time and stock management
Sara Ribeiro Cerâmica does everything possible to guarantee the quality and rigor in fulfilling its objective of fully meeting the expectations of its customers. Even so, the delivery time can be affected by several setbacks, not controlled by me, for example: by possible unavailability of a product with the desired quality from my suppliers, due to a high number of orders at a given time. All customers will be notified in due time of any impediment that affects the act of delivery on the scheduled date.
Prices and payment method
All prices are shown in euros and include taxes at the legal rate in force.
Sara Ribeiro Cerâmica reserves the right to choose and modify the prices of its products. Any changes will always be clearly and properly indicated on the Website page.
Payment can be made by several different ways including Paypal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
Purchase
For me to follow up on your order and complete the purchase, I need to have access to personal information, such as name, contact details, delivery address, and payment details. Details regarding how I obtain, store and use your personal information can be found in the Privacy Policy section.
The purchase is only considered complete after payment confirmation.
An email confirming the success of the purchase will be sent as soon as the payment is successful. Otherwise, there may have been a problem with the processing of your order/purchase. In this case, you should contact me by email at sararibeiroceramica@gmail.com with the subject: “failure to confirm purchase”.
Deliveries
Deliveries are carried out by the carriers I work with. I am unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time.
I will try what I can to make the delivery successful. If there is no one available to receive the order, I will try to contact the recipient and find a solution. Each case will be evaluated individually.
